I’m writing this 2021 so some of the memory on this I’m sort of going off of interpolation based the images on here. Overall this was a really good time and what sort of awakened my enjoyment of camping and taking wilderness photography as a hobby.
Prep Time / Setup

We started heading out to the camping site early afternoon if I remember. Was my first time camping with the guys. (They were 5 of us)
Didn’t take us long to setup, just the usual stuff, gathering wood, assemble the tents and storage area and get the fire going. Afterwards, we just went and did some fishing till before the evening.
Night 0 / Day 1

Caught my first 2 fishes, they were decent sizes, what I found funny about it is my boat buddy didn’t end up catching any tho he has more experience in the activity. Can’t tell you off the top of my head, but they were really good!! 😋
🥾 Hiking
During the next day had a decent breakfast, then while the other guys were doing some more fishing I went ahead and did some hiking around the lake, honestly didn’t go too far, where we were was a lot of great scenery.
Day 2 / Leaving

Not a lot happened day 2 mostly got up, ate, then went on another fishing run / some shore swimming might have been just beginners luck cause I didn’t end up catching any other fish the rest of the trip, but the boat buddy didn’t catch anything the whole trip so we got a chuckle out of it, then packed up and left by the afternoon.
Overall the place was really great, a lot of dragonflies so minimal mosquitoes to fuck yey!! 👍😀👍
